ERVIN MUJA

He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan-Biccoca, in 2010. After his studies, he developed legal practice in the most popular offices in Milan, such as Avv.Filippo Martini and Avv.Alessandro Caporelli Siriati, a specialized insurance firm, has assisted the most famous insurance customers in the world, such as GENERAL and ALLIANZ.
In March 2015, he obtained the title of lawyer from the Albania National Chamber of the Bar Association. Member of Tirana Bar Association.
In 2018 he obtained the title of Mediator led by the Albania National Chamber of Mediators.
Currently he deals with several Albanian insurance companies in terms of green card in European countries, where it supports and collaborates with the most important offices in Rome, Milan, Paris and Athens.
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
Field of competence: Civil law, insurance law, commercial law and bankruptcy; Financial and corporate law, labor law.
Matilda BALLIU

She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana, in 2011.
For 6 years she practiced the profession of attorney at the “TP&Partners” law firm, where she was profiled in the civil, corporate and administrative fields.
In 2019 she completed her Master’s studies in International Trade Law at the University of Turin in collaboration with the International Training Centre of the International Labor Organization (ITC-ILO), UNCITRAL, UNIDROIT and the University Institute of European Study. She got the title of Master of Laws in International Trade Law, specializing in public and private international law, international commercial contracts, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), in arbitration, as well as technology 4.0, Smart-Contract e-commerce, Blockchain.
In 2013, she obtained the title of attorney from the National Chamber of the Bar Association. Member of Tirana Bar Association.
Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and Spanish.
Field of competence: corporate law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, competition, intellectual property, customs duties and arbitration.
Attorney Manjola MANÇELLARI
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana and obtained a Master of Science focused on Civil Law in 2014.
She has been a member of the Albanian National Bar Association since 2017.
After completing her studies, she practiced as a lawyer in several important private and public institutions.
Since 2017, she has been practicing as a attorney, the field of competence are civil and administrative law.
Mrs. Mançellari is fluent in English and Italian.
